Light Up Globe For The Science Lover Child

With the holidays quickly approaching, it's time to get the perfect gift. If you have a child who loves science then this light up globe from Hearthsong would be the perfect gift. I'd buy this globe for my 5 year old son had he not been given a nice globe a few months back plus he has an extra interactive globe. If your kiddo doesn't have a globe but wants one this one is afforable and really nice. It even doubles as a night light and what 5 year old wouldn't love that? This would make a perfect gift for a 5 years and up child who is fascinated with our Earth.

Santa Needs Helpers Quick: Letter Business

Santa Needs Helpers this holiday season. Why don't you start a Santa letter business? You can make kids happy as well as make money doing this. Sounds like fun, doesn't it?
Start a Santa Letter Business - find out how here!

And if you your wondering where to start here's a great article.

Where to Sell your Santa Letters? by Santa Letters

Congratulations! You’ve decided to start a Santa Letter Business. You’ve got your kit, ink, stationery and some little goodies for the envelopes.

You’re ready to start processing orders. But, before you settle down and rest, you still have some marketing to do. Even though there is a huge demand for Santa Letters this time of year, you still have to make it easy for people to find you – and get a buzz about your service.

You have three basic options for selling your letters.

Sell them on auction sites like eBay

Why not? This time of year everyone is shopping at eBay. Not only that, but they are searching for keywords like “Santa” and “Christmas” so your letter service stands a good chance of getting exposure. Of course, you’ll want to position yourself to get as many visitors as possible to your auction. You’ll also want to encourage referrals to increase sales.

Create a website where you can sell your letters year-round

This is, of course, another option for selling your Santa Letters. If this is too intimidating to you, there are easy site builder options that you can utilize that make creating a website as easy as creating a Word Document.

Sell the Letters offline via Order Forms

This is a great alternative to creating a website. Create order forms and deliver them to local preschools and daycares. If you’re business-savvy you may even consider running your offer as a fundraiser to encourage the preschools to recommend the Santa Letters even more.

Each of these methods has benefits, and they don’t have to be mutually exclusive. You can do all three – set up an online store, sell on eBay, and do a fundraiser at your child’s school by sending home order forms! Why not? Have a wonderful, and profitable Holiday Season!

New Kid Friendly Recipe

Today I looked inside one of my kraft foods magazines (something I don't normally do) and picked out a new easy recipe to try for breakfast. I chose the Toad in a Hole because it looked good and I had all the ingredients on hand. My son really enjoyed this easy to make breakfast recipe. So it's definitely a kid friendly recipe if he will eat it.

How to make Toads In A Hole Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients You Will Need Are:
Bread
Eggs
cheddar cheese
bacon or bacon bits
salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Put bread in a baking pan then make two holes in the bread so that you can fit an egg inside of it.
Butter the bread on the bottom
Then crack two eggs into the holed out bread
add the cheese, salt & pepper & bacon over the bread as desired.
Cook in oven for 10 minutes or until egg is set.

Enjoy!

You can also get lots of new recipes from kraft foods in your email each week and most of them are kid friendly. Go to the kraft foods website to sign up for free.
