Food Allergies Toddler
Our son was recently diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis caused by food allergies. He underwent allergy testing well as an endoscopy with biopsy.
The results revealed he is allergic to the following foods:
Chicken
Peanuts
Lamb
Corn (corn/corn syrup/starch is in many many foods)
Dairy
Eggs
Fish
Soy
Cabbage
Coconut
Peas
Wheat
I'd like to hear from other parents whose children have food allergies that are similar and how you are dealing with recipes, meal preparation, outings, and parties.

Hi, I also have an 18 month old that was diagnosed with EE. It has been a struggle for our family each and every day. He is on a very restricted diet right now. We are testing applesauce and bananas. Even when we took him off of all the foods he tested positive for, he continued to vomit. Now we are introducing one food at a time and it is very frustrating. Please check out www.voteforEE.com. There is an American Express contest going on right now and money for EE research is up for nomination. The more nominations we get the more of a chance we have to receiving the money. The money would be going to the APFED organization for EE research. Please pass the link on to anyone else that is willing to help. It is absolutely free and only takes 2 minutes. You do not even has to have an American Express card to vote right now. Help us hope for a better future for our children.
