Healthy Kids Brownie Recipe
Here in our home, home-made brownies are a big hit and we make them often. However, we wouldn't have them often if we didn't alter the original recipe.
Healthy Brownie Recipe For Kids
While the original brownie recipe calls for 1/2 cup of oil (yuck!) and 2 eggs, our healthy kid-friendly recipe calls for 1 egg( or 2 egg whites) and 2 mini cups of apple sauce. You can use regular or organic depending on your tastes. You could even use 1/2 cup of homemade apple sauce or jarred apple sauce. It all works the same and taste delicous! An egg free brownie version will also turn out just the same when you use apple sauce only. All you need to do is add a little extra apple sauce! Remember to grease your brownie pan with 1 teaspoon of trans fat free cooking oil!
In the end you will have moist healthier brownies! Yummo! Feel free to share your healthy brownie recipes too! I'd love to try some new ones!

I found your site not very helpful. Every time I thought I was about to get your recipe I would get an advertisement. I am ok with advertisements but I also expect the recipe I have come to the site for. I will not be back to your site.
I was just wondering what you meant by "mini cups"? Thanks.
